Sinopse:A série se passa no Hotel Tipton, localizado em Boston. Dois hóspedes trazem muita confusão ao lugar, são Zack e Cody (Dylan Sprouse e Cole Sprouse), irmãos gêmeos. O Hotel pertece ao pai de London Tipton (Brenda Song) e é nele que trabalha a doceira Maddie (Ashley Tisdale), a cantora Carey (Kim Rhodes) e o gerente do Hotel, Sr. Moseby (Phill Lewis). A série é a terceira do Disney Channel a ter mais de 65 episódios, depois de That's So Raven e Kim Possible.
